We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Eagle Air, both flying out to Gulu and returning to Entebbe.

• Booking process – straight forward, Joan and Sarah were great and quick to respond to emails and queries. It would be extremely helpful if Eagle were able to accept online payments via the website, this would make payment easier for companies and expedite payment of invoices to Eagle.
• Boarding Process – excellent! We were received at the check in counter, taken through security quickly, transported to our plane where we were greeted by our clients. Very smooth process end to end.
• Inflight catering – Great! Good snacks and refreshments.
• On time departures – absolutely! In fact our pilots arrived early in Gulu and we were able to take off promptly once we got through security. It was also great to receive updates and confirmations from Joan via whatsapp. Felt constantly informed of the status of our flights.
• Crew briefing – great! We also enjoyed our pilots pointing out different landmarks along the way to Gulu. Beautiful flight!
